Pricing you can print

Of sixteen ticketing vendors we benchmarked, four publish any figure and none of Malta's incumbents publish one. Here is ours, for buyers and for venues.

Fees

Three fees, all published. Nothing else is charged on a sale.

Tickets
8.88% of face value to Entraqo
1.12% of face value goes back to the venue on every ticket, on top of the full face value. The visitor pays the 10% booking fee as today, itemised in the basket before checkout.
Shop, bar and other purchases
2.22% + card processing at cost
Any tender, no buyer-facing fee on souvenirs, guides, drinks or add-ons. Card processing is passed through at Stripe's published rates and shown separately. The venue keeps the rest.
Ticket transfers
€1.00 + 3% of the price
Gifts are free. Priced transfers are capped at face value plus the booking fee.

Modules, priced by the size of your venue

Your band is the number of tickets issued through Entraqo in the trailing twelve months: Small up to 50,000, Medium up to 250,000, Large up to 1,000,000, Major above that. A new venue declares its band; it is reviewed at each anniversary. Major venues are priced by licence.

Event organisers are banded per event by capacity instead — up to 1,000 is Small, up to 10,000 is Medium, above that Large — at the same prices, charged for each month the event is on sale.

No setup fee, no monthly fee for ticketing: the visitor's booking fee pays for the spine. Optional modules are monthly subscriptions, billed annually.

Several sites, or your own terms

Venue groups, national heritage agencies and festival operators get a single agreement: multisite, dedicated support, a data processing agreement, an uptime commitment and an external penetration test before launch. Fees are set per contract.

The honest part

  • Prices are list prices in euro and exclude VAT. Stripe's payment processing fees apply separately at Stripe's published rates.
  • The booking fee rate is a setting per venue; the default is shown. A venue may lower it or absorb it.
  • Partner commissions (concierges, promoters, resellers) are set by the venue and paid from the venue's side; Entraqo's share is the same whichever channel sold the ticket.
  • Module prices depend on the venue's size band. The band is declared when a venue joins and reviewed at each anniversary from tickets issued through Entraqo; no venue is named with its band.
